Do I need an online account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create an account to place an order online, you can simply checkout through our guest checkout feature. We recommend creating an account to speed up your future checkout process, retrieve past orders and store and maintain addresses and settings.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by filling your details here and clicking register. You can also create an account during the checkout process.
I enter my Email Address and Password, but I can't log in.
Enabling cookies in your browser settings should solve this. For instructions to enable your cookies, please see your browser Help documentation.
I've forgotten my password.
Please click here and enter your email address and link to change your password will be emailed to you. For security purposes the password reset email will expire within 30 minutes. Please update your password within 30 minutes of requesting the password update.
How do I update my address?
Click the My Account or Register/Login link at the top of any page. Once logged in click on Address Book, you can either add a new address or edit an existing address. Please note this will not update the address for orders already placed.
Are my details secure?
Yes, your details including credit card information are secure. The transactional component of the Road Tech Marine website uses a secure 128-bit server. The secure payment gateway handles any credit card details. No credit card details are kept by Road Tech Marine.
What other methods of ordering are available?
We are also able to process orders via phone, fax, mail or in-store. For phone orders please call 02 8832 3300 or click here for more information. For orders via fax please download an order form here and fax to the number on the form. For mail orders please download an order form from here and post it to the address on the form. Alternatively you can fill in an order form and take it in-store. Please note stock and availability may vary from store to store. How much is delivery?
Your order can be delivered to anywhere throughout Australia by road freight:
Standard / Road Freight (2-5 working days*)
|$99 to $499
Premium/Express Freight: Next working day Selected Metro Areas orders placed before 2:45pm, 2-3 days for other areas*

* Important Note: Freight delivery times stated are for average volume items with total order weight under 5kg. Additional delivery time may result for some deliveries. Contact the Customer Service Team should you require more details.
Where do you ship to?
At this time we are only able to ship to addresses within Australia.
How do I return an order placed online?
Items purchased online can be returned to any Road Tech Marine store. Please present your tax invoice, which you would have received to the email address you submitted at the time of placing your order, in order for your return/refund to be processed in-store. If you cannot locate your tax invoice please contact us so we can organise for it to be resent.
Items purchased online can also be returned by mail at your own expense. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 02 8832 3300 and follow their instructions on how to return the product. Returns lodged through mail may take up to 14 working days to process. Please note Road Tech Marine will not refund the delivery fee unless products are determined to be faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.
